Live Offensively Ministries will arrange for your order to be shipped via the most dependable and economical way possible. We work with common shipping companies, however the majority of our orders are shipped by the USPS. The shipping fee is a flat $4.00 for one shirt (orders below $30). For orders above $30, free shipping is available. Free shipping and the flat rate $4.00 shipping is the same method. Currently, Live Offensively Ministries ships to addresses in the Continental United States. Shipping costs as well as "Free Shipping" specials are therefore only valid for addresses in the Continental United States.
If you are interested in shipping your order to Hawaii, Alaska, Canada, or another country please contact us to obtain a quote for additional shipping and/or duty charges that may apply. Please note that these quotes will be based on the destination of the shipment as well as the dimensions, weight and value of the items in question. Deliveries can take an additional 1-2 weeks after the shipping date. If you have special requirements for your delivery please contact our Customer Service department at sales@liveoffensively.com and we will be glad to help you.
We take the responsibility of protecting your personal information and respecting your privacy very seriously! We will never rent, sell, loan, offer, or give away any of the information that you provide to us. We hate junk mail as much as the next person and wouldn’t even think about sending any. We will however, send you newsletters and or discounts/promotions specifically related to Live Offensively Ministries. If at any time you wish to change your newsletter preferences, follow the link provided in the newsletter emails or just log onto your account and make the necessary changes.
Live Offensively uses PayPal to collect payment information. All information submitted via PayPal is protected by their privacy policy.
If you supply us with your telephone number or email address online, you may receive a customer service call regarding an order you placed. We will only contact you to ensure superior customer service and order delivery. We will not call for any marketing or promotional purposes.
You can edit your personal information at any time on our site when logged into your account. If you wish to have all of your information deleted, please email us at sales@liveoffensively.com.
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. You may return / exchange items purchased from Live Offensively within 30 days after delivery. Returned items must be new and in unused condition. To return items for an exchange or refund please contact us by email support@liveoffensively.com. All returns are subject to round trip shipping charges. If your item was shipped with "Free Shipping" option, we will charge our "actual" outbound shipping charges. Refunds are minus the shipping charge and recorded when item is received by Live Offensively. Please include your name, email, order number, and reason for return.

We accept payments from any method accepted by Pay Pal. Payment is required at the time of the sale. There is no sales tax collected on any order shipped outside of Pennsylvania. Tax for orders shipped within Pennsylvania are exempt.

You may update may account information online at LiveOffensively.com. If information on an order that has been placed needs to be changed, please contact the sales department.
My Internet browser is not displaying the page correctly. I can not add items to my cart. What is wrong?
The Live Offensively shopping cart supports modern browsers (FireFox, Safari, Opera, Internet Explorer 7+). Use of an older browser, specifically Internet Explorer 6 will not work. While newer browsers are free to use, if this is not an option for you, please contact our sales department using the contact form and we will happily place your order for you.
